Brand New Servo Motor Control System (ball screw type)

1.  Applications
-     The experimental kit consists of servo motor, ball screw, PLC and touch screen mounted, together with a box for storage.
-     Used for practicing and learning the principle of controlling.
-     Includes Servo motor with PLC together with touch screen.
-     Trains students to install various equipment including switches, sensors, power cables, signal cables and other components.
-     Study the usage of Bit Logic basic commands.
-     Study the usage of basic counting commands.
-     Learn how to use basic delay commands.
-     Study the operation of the normally open contact (NO) instruction.
-     Write a program to control the operation using a normally open contact (NO) instruction.
-     Able to program with PLC and basic HMI.

2.  System Specifications
a.    Servo drive and motor assembly
-     Rated power not less than 100W, rated torque not least than 0.15 Nm. and rated speed not least than 3,000 rpm.
-     Servo motor drive can work with AC 220VAC 50Hz.
-     There is a ball screw set (Ball Screw) and a scale indicating the position of the movement in both inches and centimeters.
b.    Programmable Logic Controller
-     Not less than 14 DC inputs and not less than 10 transistor outputs without additional amplification.
-     There is a memory that can store conditions during power failure (Holding Relays).
-     Have not less than 256 Timer and not less than 256 Counter.
-     Includes time functions such as day, month, year, hour, minute, second.
-     Programming to control the opening-closing time according to the specified date and time.
-     Can be connected to a computer through a LAN communication port.
c.     Touch Screen kit
-     Have a display and work as a color or monochrome display STN or TFT size of not less than 17cm, the screen resolution is not less than 800x 480 dots.
-     Able to connect to computer via LAN communication port
-     8 function keys.
-     Voltage of 24Vdc

-     User manual and experimental guide documents provided in English.
-     2 Laptop provided with the following details:
-     At least CPU 4 cores gen11, speed 2.4 GHz Cache 8MB
-     At least Memory (RAM) is DDR4 3200MHz 8GB,
-     At least Storage 256GB of 3.0 SSD.
-     At least a screen size 35 cm, resolution 1920 x 1080,
-     At least 3 USB ports
-     HDMI and VGA connectors
-     At least 720p HD camera and there is a privacy shutter installed from the factory.
-     Speakers and microphone installed from the factory.
-     Connector RJ-45 connector that supports 10/100/1000 Mbps

4.  Standard Requirement
-     Requirement for ISO 9001:2015, or equivalent for Quality Management.
-     Manufacturer must have at least 10 years’ experience manufacturing similar training equipment

5. Maintenance and Service
-     Supplier must have experience of specialist/technical support with similar equipment.
-     Services are available through online consultation, spare parts transport, and service must be available locally or in neighboring countries (Southeast Asia). Technical service must be provided within 2 weeks after request.
-     On-site training for a maximum of 10 people for at least 2 days at the time of installation to ensure the participants know how use the instruments.
